Products featured on this website will not be dispatched until full payment has been made
payment can be made either by credit card , which will be prosecced over the phone or by cheque ( goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared at the bank )
we will however accept C.O.D if the delivery is within the Leeds , Bradford , post code area


Returns
You shall inspect your product(s) on delivery and if you find your products to be faulty or damaged and within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day if delivered on a Friday) you report the alleged fault or damage, then we will either exchange the product(s) or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. In such circumstances, provided that the product(s) are adequately wrapped, we will meet all delivery and return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Can You return products? Mattresses and Divan sets are sold in good faith and are not considered by us to be returnable unless as stated above goods are faulty
If however you feel you have made an entirely wrong decision we will endever to to sort out the correct product for you only then if no solution can be found then will we recover the goods , a charge will be applicable
